Currently there are separate keys to mute mic + camera

To have parity with tools like PowerToys VideoConferenceMute, it would be good to be able to mute both at once with a single hotkey

(Presumably this is something that could also be added to the API, although most anything calling the API could pretty easily make 2 calls in sequence)
